Sharona Krinsky is the Artistic Director and Executive Producer of Chalomot Productions, where she brings a passion for bold storytelling, creative collaboration, and human-centered artistry to every production. Drawing on years of experience as an artistic director producing live theater in the Los Angeles area, Sharona has developed a reputation for fostering high-quality, emotionally resonant performances that balance artistic excellence with a deep respect for the people who make theater possible.

As the longtime Executive Producer of a large-scale Los Angeles–based company, Sharona has led creative teams through complex, high-production-value shows that have reached thousands of audience members and engaged dozens of performers and designers. Her leadership style emphasizes professionalism, safety, and creative joy—ensuring that every rehearsal room is both rigorous and inspiring.
